prepared, seasoned, and cooked to perfection,

baked. Combining Mediterranean and Levantine
elements, our culinary approach harmoniously

A seasoned Lebanese Restaurateur with a wealth of expertise in the Food & Beverage industry
in Beirut and Dubai, successfully overseeing renowned seafood establishments such as “Babel”
and “Samach”.


After successfully founding “Ça Plaît” desserts brand in Dubai in 2022, Ralph
prioritizes strategic partnerships, top-notch service, and unparalleled customer satisfaction.


With a commitment to excellence, Ralph is poised to venture into his next F&B endeavor by
introducing an authentic and distinctive seafood concept broadly accessible to seafood lovers
and the residents of Dubai.
