in Beirut and Dubai, successfully overseeing renowned seafood establishments such as “Babel”
and “Samach”.
After successfully founding “Ça Plaît” desserts brand in Dubai in 2022, Ralph
prioritizes strategic partnerships, top-notch service, and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
With a commitment to excellence, Ralph is poised to venture into his next F&B endeavor by
introducing an authentic and distinctive seafood concept broadly accessible to seafood lovers
